    Hello!

Currently, there are problems in the neighboring data center in France - RBX (in some cases, the route of the packets passes through it) and a common problem on the backbone network in Europe.
In this regard, possible connection problem, disconnects, increased ping/latency, and packet loss.

It is recommended to wait for fixing problems, since this is a temporary problem and does not capture all players simultaneously.
    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Regards,
    Liisa

They quickly returned the configuration. Some
links have returned, but not yet all. Currently
traffic passes Paris> GRA> AMS> RBX instead of
directly Paris> RBX. Hence the important latencies.

They are working with Cisco to fix the setup of the optical
equipments in London, Paris, Bruxelles and Francfort.
RBX is UP thought Amsterdam but the latency is very high.
